    Obvious advantage is that there is abundant chemical raw materials in Northeast China and Panjin Local .We have carried on the fractions of C4, C5 and C9 from Ethylene Factories and Oil Refineries. And then we will develop them in a deep processing direction, and enhance added value of the products by elongating their industrial chains. Continually we will also improve the core competition ability and the sustainable development ability of our enterprise by technology innovation.
    C4产业链 C4 industry chains 以裂解C4和炼厂液化气为原料，采用美国LYONDLL公司C4烯烃骨架异构技术，发展甲基叔丁基醚（MTBE），乙基叔丁基醚（ETBE）和异辛烯产品.采用离子液催化剂生产烷基化汽油。通过MTBE裂解技术制备高纯异丁烯,发展聚异丁烯、丁基橡胶、烷基酚等系列异丁烯制品。
     We adopt the Technology of C4 Olefin Isomerization from LYONDELL co., an American company, taking the cracking C4 and LPG of the refinery factory as raw materials. We will develop the productions of MTBE, ETBE and Isobutene. We also produce Alkylation by adopting an ion liquid catalyst. The MTBE Cracking technology will be used to produce High-Purity Polybutene. Which can be further developed for Polybutene, Butyl Rubber and Alkyl-Hdroxybenzene, etc… C5产业链 C5 industry chains
     C5馏分精深加工采取C5分离和C5石油树脂综合利用方案，通过C5分离制取具有极高商业价值的聚合级异戊二烯，70％的浓缩间戊二烯和80％的浓缩双环戊二烯。聚合级异戊二烯可生产异戊橡胶（IR）、SBS和精细化学用品。浓缩的双环戊二烯主要用于开发生产各种专用的石油树脂。
     We will adopt the scheme of the separation and comprehensive utilization of C5 petroleum resin, by deep processing of the C5 fraction. We also produce Polymerizations with the commerce value, 70％of the Concentrated m-Pentadiene and 80％of the Concentrated Dicyolopentadiene, by separating the C5 fractions .The Polymerization can be used for producing Isoamylrubber、SBS and Fine Chemical Goods. Concentrated Dicyolopentadiene is applicable to produce every kind of appropriative petroleum resins.
     C9产业链C9 industry chains C9馏分精深加工采取生产C9石油树脂，C5/C9共聚石油树脂和加氢精制高沸点芳烃溶剂油综合利用方案，在生产C9石油树脂、C5/C9共聚石油树脂的基础，开发生产高质量的加氢石油树脂。
     The technology of deep processing the C9 fractions will adopt the comprehensive utilization scheme, that we produce C9 Petroleum Resin, Copolymerized Petroleum Resin of the C5/C9 fractions, and hydrotreate the Aromatic solvent oil with high point. We will also produce high quality hydrogenated resin, base on the productions of C9 petroleum resins and C5/C9 copolymerized petroleum resins.
